Developers supplied by DI Solutions
Constelli
Constelli builds electronic intelligence systems for defence and aerospace — telemetry receivers, radar and electronic warfare technology — and DI Solutions supplied React developers to their team.

How we built it
Challenges
Defence and aerospace instrumentation is a specialist field with a small pool of engineers, and the domain knowledge sits with the client. What Constelli needed was front-end capacity that could work inside their existing team without the team having to hand over the domain itself.
Our Process
We supplied React developers under a staff-augmentation engagement. They joined Constelli's team, worked to Constelli's priorities and Constelli's standards, and built against the systems their engineers already understood.
Solutions
Additional React capability on the interface layer, added without Constelli having to recruit, onboard and retain permanent front-end hires for a bounded need.
Results
The engagement is complete. Constelli kept ownership of the product and the domain throughout — our role was the front-end engineering capacity behind it.

What does Constelli do?
Constelli builds electronic intelligence systems for the defence and aerospace sector. Its work covers telemetry receivers, radar and electronic warfare technology, including India's first IRIG-standard digital telemetry receiver.
What did DI Solutions do for Constelli?
We supplied React developers to their team. This was a staff-augmentation engagement — Constelli owned the product, the roadmap and the domain, and our developers added front-end engineering capacity inside their existing team.
We did not build Constelli's systems. The instrumentation and the domain expertise behind it are entirely theirs.
Why use staff augmentation for defence technology work?
Because the domain knowledge cannot be outsourced, but the engineering capacity can. Placing developers inside the client's team keeps specialist context where it already lives while still adding the hands needed to ship, without a permanent hire for a bounded need.
Is the Constelli engagement still running?
No. The engagement is complete. Constelli continues to build and operate its systems; our React developers were supplied for the period the work required.
