How we built it
Challenges
Matching a project to the right partner normally happens across email threads, referral chains and spreadsheets. Nothing carries forward: a client cannot see a partner's completion record before hiring, a partner cannot tell which briefs are worth bidding on, and once work starts the milestones and the money live somewhere else entirely.
Our Process
We built the two sides against one shared project record, so a brief, the proposals against it, the signed contract and the milestone schedule are all the same object seen from different angles. Bidding is gated on profile verification and proposal credits, which keeps proposal volume meaningful rather than automated.
Solutions
Project discovery and proposal submission for partners, posting and shortlisting for clients, then contracts, milestone progress, messaging, reviews and payments for both — with a company profile that accumulates a visible track record across engagements.
Results
A brief, its proposals, its contract and its payments are one continuous record instead of four disconnected ones, and both sides can judge the other from history rather than from a pitch.

What does Techifuze do?
Techifuze matches projects with service partners. Clients publish a brief with scope, objectives, budget and timeline; partners browse those briefs and submit proposals. Once a contract is signed, the platform tracks milestones, messages and payments through to completion.
Both sides work from the same project record, so the brief a partner bid on is the brief the milestones are measured against.
How does the proposal process work?
A partner finds a brief under Find Projects and submits a proposal from the project page. Submission requires a verified profile and consumes proposal credits, so bids stay considered rather than automated. Submitted proposals are tracked together under My Proposals.
How is work tracked after a contract is signed?
Signed engagements move to Active Work, where each project shows overall progress, how many of its milestones are complete, the contract value, the time remaining and the next milestone due. Projects carry a status of contract signed, active, on hold or pending review.
How do clients judge a partner before hiring?
Every company keeps a profile carrying total, completed and active project counts, an average budget range, a rating from reviews and a repeat-hire percentage, alongside an about section, typical project types and a trust and payment record.
Frequently Asked Questions
Find answers to common questions about our services, process, and how we deliver unparalleled digital solutions.
- Two audiences at once: organisations that need a delivery partner for a defined project, and the agencies and service providers who want a steady source of briefs they can bid on.
- Credits keep bidding deliberate. Without a cost, an open marketplace fills with untargeted proposals and clients stop reading them. Requiring a verified profile alongside credits keeps the proposals on a brief worth the client's time.
- Yes. Payments sit alongside contracts and milestones rather than in a separate invoicing tool, so what is owed stays tied to the stage of work it belongs to.
- Yes, and the profile records it. Repeat hire is tracked as a percentage on the company profile, which is one of the clearest signals a client can read before committing to a new engagement.
